
宋李(li)翔,中(zhong)共黨員,數(shu)創學(xue)院學(xue)工(gong)辦負(fu)責人(ren)。雖說是今年(nian)初從(cong)管(guan)理(li)學(xue)院輪崗來(lai)到數(shu)創學(xue)院,但(dan)從(cong)進校伊始,宋李(li)翔已在學(xue)生管(guan)理(li)工(gong)作崗位辛勤耕(geng)耘九個(ge)年(nian)頭,是學(xue)校學(xue)工(gong)隊伍中(zhong)品格(ge)優秀(xiu)、勤勉(mian)擔當、經驗豐富的中(zhong)堅力量。
自“不(bu)忘初(chu)心,牢記使命”主題教育(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作開展(zhan)以來,宋李翔(xiang)積極(ji)響應(ying)校黨(dang)委和學(xue)(xue)(xue)院黨(dang)總支的(de)(de)號召,根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)校黨(dang)委和學(xue)(xue)(xue)院有(you)關(guan)“不(bu)忘初(chu)心,牢記使命”主題教育(yu)統一(yi)部(bu)(bu)署和安(an)排,積極(ji)組織(zhi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院學(xue)(xue)(xue)生支部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)各項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,將黨(dang)建工(gong)(gong)(gong)作與學(xue)(xue)(xue)生日常工(gong)(gong)(gong)作同(tong)部(bu)(bu)署、共(gong)落(luo)實,找準基層黨(dang)支部(bu)(bu)建設的(de)(de)重點,扎實推進各項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作的(de)(de)開展(zhan),工(gong)(gong)(gong)作中以身作則、身先士卒、貼(tie)近(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生、貼(tie)近(jin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作實際、貼(tie)近(jin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作隊伍,服務于學(xue)(xue)(xue)生成(cheng)(cheng)長成(cheng)(cheng)才,展(zhan)現(xian)了學(xue)(xue)(xue)生黨(dang)支部(bu)(bu)書記應(ying)有(you)的(de)(de)風采(cai)。
“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上
作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)(wei)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)書記,宋李翔深知展示支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)影響力(li)和(he)號召力(li),發(fa)(fa)(fa)揮團(tuan)結引領作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong),形成(cheng)(cheng)磁場效應(ying)在(zai)大(da)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想政(zheng)治教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)性。因此,他主(zhu)動與(yu)綜(zong)合素養突出(chu)、具(ju)有較(jiao)強學(xue)業(ye)拼搏精神和(he)過(guo)硬(ying)政(zheng)治素養的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)同學(xue)積極接觸,通過(guo)積極分(fen)子(zi)座談、發(fa)(fa)(fa)展對(dui)象談話(hua)等(deng)(deng)形式將教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)這一學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)中心工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)落實到位。他時(shi)(shi)刻提(ti)醒(xing)積極分(fen)子(zi)、發(fa)(fa)(fa)展對(dui)象和(he)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)處理(li)好(hao)日常學(xue)習(xi)(xi)與(yu)做好(hao)黨(dang)組(zu)織(zhi)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)關(guan)系(xi)、政(zheng)治理(li)論學(xue)習(xi)(xi)與(yu)主(zhu)業(ye)課程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)關(guan)系(xi),使支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)涌(yong)現(xian)出(chu)如梁家茵、溫(wen)嘉慶等(deng)(deng)綜(zong)合素質突出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)。認真貫徹落實黨(dang)中央、廣東省委(wei)(wei)、深圳市(shi)委(wei)(wei)和(he)校黨(dang)委(wei)(wei)關(guan)于(yu)主(zhu)題(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)各項(xiang)部(bu)(bu)署(shu),積極召集支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)全體(ti)師生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)開展學(xue)習(xi)(xi)《習(xi)(xi)近平新(xin)(xin)時(shi)(shi)代中國特色社會(hui)主(zhu)義思想學(xue)習(xi)(xi)綱要(yao)》、習(xi)(xi)總(zong)書記關(guan)于(yu)主(zhu)題(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)講話(hua)和(he)中央的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)有關(guan)部(bu)(bu)署(shu)等(deng)(deng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)活(huo)動。在(zai)新(xin)(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)入學(xue)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)中第一時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)開展入黨(dang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu),利用(yong)早晚(wan)修時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian),組(zu)織(zhi)全體(ti)2019級新(xin)(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)集中觀看《我們走在(zai)大(da)路上》專(zhuan)題(ti)片(pian),積極弘揚(yang)愛國熱情(qing)。認真對(dui)照(zhao)校黨(dang)委(wei)(wei)文件,嚴(yan)格規范學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)“三會(hui)一課”記錄,支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)會(hui)議(yi)記錄本被(bei)當成(cheng)(cheng)標桿記錄本在(zai)學(xue)院黨(dang)總(zong)支(zhi)(zhi)內部(bu)(bu)進行(xing)傳閱學(xue)習(xi)(xi)。宋李翔努力(li)為(wei)(wei)師生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)排憂解(jie)難,積極解(jie)答(da)新(xin)(xin)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)工(gong)黨(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)在(zai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)疑惑和(he)困(kun)難,利用(yong)暑(shu)假主(zhu)動為(wei)(wei)畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)聯系(xi)組(zu)織(zhi)關(guan)系(xi)轉(zhuan)移單位,耐心解(jie)答(da)畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)各種問題(ti),大(da)力(li)協助畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)完成(cheng)(cheng)組(zu)織(zhi)關(guan)系(xi)轉(zhuan)移,深受(shou)畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)好(hao)評(ping)。

(ji)(ji)發揮新媒體(ti)平(ping)臺(tai)在(zai)(zai)思(si)(si)想(xiang)政治教育(yu)(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)陣地(di)(di)作(zuo)(zuo)用,組織策劃迎(ying)新系(xi)(xi)列(lie)推(tui)文(wen)(wen)、國慶70周(zhou)年(nian)系(xi)(xi)列(lie)活動(dong)、強國青(qing)(qing)(qing)年(nian)說推(tui)文(wen)(wen)等(deng)(deng)宣傳(chuan)推(tui)文(wen)(wen),深受新生(sheng)歡迎(ying)。
“勤”字當勉 打造一流學生工作團隊任重道遠

宋李翔老師(shi)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)敢(gan)于擔(dan)當,身先士(shi)卒,高度自律(lv)。每天(tian)早上提(ti)前(qian)一(yi)(yi)個小時(shi)趕到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開始(shi)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),下午最后一(yi)(yi)個離開辦(ban)公室,關愛團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成員,注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊(dui)(dui)伍內部(bu)建設(she)(she)(she),通過專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)研討、團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成員談(tan)心談(tan)話(hua)、團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)活(huo)動(dong)等(deng)方式為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦(ban)營造出(chu)團(tuan)結協作(zuo)(zuo),拼搏(bo)奉(feng)獻的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)氛圍。每周2次實(shi)(shi)地檢查新生(sheng)早修情況(kuang),及(ji)時(shi)向新生(sheng)輔導(dao)(dao)員反饋早晚修情況(kuang)。積(ji)極通過學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對(dui)(dui)一(yi)(yi)談(tan)話(hua)、走訪宿(su)舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)代(dai)表座談(tan)等(deng)形(xing)式傾(qing)聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)聲音,了解(jie)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)思(si)想動(dong)態(tai),及(ji)時(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)排憂解(jie)難。自開展(zhan)主題(ti)(ti)教育(yu)(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)以來,主持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)座談(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對(dui)(dui)一(yi)(yi)談(tan)話(hua)80人次,宿(su)舍走訪4次。工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)能(neng)根(gen)據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業和(he)培養特點,有針對(dui)(dui)性(xing)的(de)(de)(de)開展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)活(huo)動(dong),與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)打成一(yi)(yi)片,將(jiang)活(huo)動(dong)育(yu)(yu)人、文化育(yu)(yu)人理(li)念落實(shi)(shi)到位(wei)。同時(shi)對(dui)(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業后進的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)絕不(bu)放棄引導(dao)(dao)教育(yu)(yu),而是(shi)通過嚴要求,敢(gan)碰硬的(de)(de)(de)態(tai)度與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)家長、班(ban)主任、輔導(dao)(dao)員一(yi)(yi)起進行后進學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)教育(yu)(yu)引導(dao)(dao)。羅馬城不(bu)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)天(tian)建成的(de)(de)(de),一(yi)(yi)流的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)建設(she)(she)(she)也不(bu)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)夕(xi),唯有通過嚴于律(lv)己的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)風和(he)正能(neng)量的(de)(de)(de)積(ji)極傳(chuan)遞才(cai)能(neng)讓(rang)新時(shi)期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)黨支部(bu)的(de)(de)(de)建設(she)(she)(she)與(yu)(yu)時(shi)俱進,勇往(wang)直(zhi)前(qian)。
