宋李翔,中共黨員,數(shu)創(chuang)(chuang)學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)學(xue)工辦負(fu)責人。雖說是(shi)今年初從(cong)管(guan)理學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)輪崗來到數(shu)創(chuang)(chuang)學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan),但從(cong)進校(xiao)伊始,宋李翔已在(zai)學(xue)生管(guan)理工作(zuo)崗位辛(xin)勤(qin)耕耘九個年頭,是(shi)學(xue)校(xiao)學(xue)工隊伍(wu)中品格優(you)秀、勤(qin)勉(mian)擔(dan)當、經驗豐富的中堅力量。
自“不忘初(chu)(chu)心(xin)(xin),牢(lao)記使命”主(zhu)題教育(yu)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)開展(zhan)以來(lai),宋(song)李翔積(ji)極(ji)響應校(xiao)黨委(wei)和學(xue)院黨總支(zhi)的(de)(de)號召,根據學(xue)校(xiao)黨委(wei)和學(xue)院有(you)關“不忘初(chu)(chu)心(xin)(xin),牢(lao)記使命”主(zhu)題教育(yu)統一部(bu)署(shu)(shu)和安排,積(ji)極(ji)組織學(xue)院學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)支(zhi)部(bu)的(de)(de)各項工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),將(jiang)黨建工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)與(yu)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)日(ri)常工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)同(tong)部(bu)署(shu)(shu)、共落(luo)實(shi),找準(zhun)基層(ceng)黨支(zhi)部(bu)建設的(de)(de)重點,扎(zha)實(shi)推(tui)進各項工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)開展(zhan),工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)以身作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)則、身先士(shi)卒、貼近學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)、貼近工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)實(shi)際(ji)、貼近工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)隊伍,服務(wu)于學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)成長(chang)成才,展(zhan)現了學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨支(zhi)部(bu)書記應有(you)的(de)(de)風采。
“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

g)聯(lian)系學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)心(xin)理(li)(li)咨詢中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin),通(tong)過(guo)(guo)借(jie)助(zhu)專業(ye)力(li)量提(ti)升(sheng)對(dui)重(zhong)點(dian)關注學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)能力(li)和(he)應對(dui)水平。積(ji)(ji)(ji)極(ji)(ji)(ji)發揮新(xin)媒體平臺在(zai)(zai)思(si)想(xiang)政(zheng)治(zhi)教(jiao)育中(zhong)(zhong)的陣地作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong),組織(zhi)策(ce)劃迎新(xin)系列(lie)推文(wen)、國慶70周年(nian)系列(lie)活動(dong)(dong)(dong)、強國青(qing)年(nian)說推文(wen)等(deng)宣傳推文(wen),深(shen)受新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)歡迎。

宋李翔(xiang)老師工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)敢于擔當,身先士(shi)卒,高(gao)度(du)自(zi)律。每(mei)天早上提(ti)前(qian)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個小時(shi)(shi)趕到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開始工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),下午最(zui)后一(yi)(yi)(yi)個離開辦(ban)(ban)公室,關愛團隊成(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan),注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工隊伍內部建設(she),通(tong)過(guo)專(zhuan)題(ti)研(yan)討、團隊成(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan)談(tan)心談(tan)話(hua)、團隊活動(dong)(dong)等(deng)方式為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工辦(ban)(ban)營造(zao)出(chu)團結協作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),拼搏奉獻的工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)氛圍。每(mei)周2次實地檢查新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早修(xiu)情況(kuang),及時(shi)(shi)向(xiang)新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導(dao)員(yuan)反(fan)饋早晚修(xiu)情況(kuang)。積極通(tong)過(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話(hua)、走訪宿舍(she)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座談(tan)等(deng)形(xing)式傾聽(ting)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲(sheng)音,了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思(si)想(xiang)動(dong)(dong)態,及時(shi)(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂(you)解難。自(zi)開展(zhan)主(zhu)題(ti)教育(yu)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)以來,主(zhu)持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話(hua)80人(ren)次,宿舍(she)走訪4次。工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)能(neng)根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專(zhuan)業和(he)培養特點,有針對性的開展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活動(dong)(dong),與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打(da)成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)片,將活動(dong)(dong)育(yu)人(ren)、文化育(yu)人(ren)理念落實到位(wei)。同時(shi)(shi)對學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業后進(jin)的學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不(bu)(bu)放棄引(yin)導(dao)教育(yu),而是通(tong)過(guo)嚴要求(qiu),敢碰硬的態度(du)與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家(jia)長、班主(zhu)任、輔導(dao)員(yuan)一(yi)(yi)(yi)起進(jin)行后進(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的教育(yu)引(yin)導(dao)。羅馬城(cheng)不(bu)(bu)是一(yi)(yi)(yi)天建成(cheng)(cheng)的,一(yi)(yi)(yi)流的學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)團隊建設(she)也不(bu)(bu)是一(yi)(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)(yi)夕,唯有通(tong)過(guo)嚴于律己(ji)的作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)風和(he)正(zheng)能(neng)量的積極傳遞才能(neng)讓新時(shi)(shi)期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)支部的建設(she)與時(shi)(shi)俱進(jin),勇往直前(qian)。
