[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋李翔,中(zhong)共(gong)黨員,數(shu)創學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦(ban)負責(ze)人。雖(sui)說是(shi)今(jin)年初從管理(li)(li)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)輪(lun)崗來到數(shu)創學(xue)(xue)院(yuan),但從進校(xiao)伊始(shi),宋李翔已在學(xue)(xue)生管理(li)(li)工(gong)作崗位辛勤耕耘九(jiu)個(ge)年頭,是(shi)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)學(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊(dui)伍(wu)中(zhong)品(pin)格優秀、勤勉(mian)擔當、經驗豐富的中(zhong)堅力量。

自(zi)“不(bu)忘(wang)初心,牢記使(shi)(shi)命”主題(ti)教育(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)開展(zhan)以(yi)來,宋(song)李翔積極響應校(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)委(wei)和學(xue)院黨(dang)(dang)(dang)總支的(de)號召,根據(ju)學(xue)校(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)委(wei)和學(xue)院有關“不(bu)忘(wang)初心,牢記使(shi)(shi)命”主題(ti)教育(yu)統一(yi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)署和安排,積極組織學(xue)院學(xue)生(sheng)支部(bu)(bu)(bu)的(de)各項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),將(jiang)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)建工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)與學(xue)生(sheng)日常工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)同部(bu)(bu)(bu)署、共落實(shi),找(zhao)準(zhun)基(ji)層黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支部(bu)(bu)(bu)建設(she)的(de)重點,扎(zha)實(shi)推(tui)進各項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)開展(zhan),工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)以(yi)身作(zuo)則、身先士卒、貼近(jin)學(xue)生(sheng)、貼近(jin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)實(shi)際、貼近(jin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)隊伍(wu),服(fu)務于學(xue)生(sheng)成(cheng)長成(cheng)才(cai),展(zhan)現了學(xue)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支部(bu)(bu)(bu)書記應有的(de)風采。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

宋(song)李翔老師工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)敢(gan)于擔當,身先(xian)士卒,高度(du)自(zi)(zi)律。每天早上提前(qian)一個(ge)小時趕到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開始工(gong)作(zuo),下(xia)午最后(hou)一個(ge)離開辦(ban)公室(shi),關愛團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成(cheng)員,注重(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊(dui)(dui)伍內(nei)部建設(she),通(tong)(tong)過(guo)專題研討、團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成(cheng)員談(tan)(tan)心(xin)談(tan)(tan)話、團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)活(huo)動等(deng)方式(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦(ban)營造出團(tuan)結協作(zuo),拼搏奉(feng)獻的(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)氛圍(wei)。每周2次(ci)(ci)實地檢查新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早修情(qing)況,及時向新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔(fu)導(dao)員反(fan)饋早晚修情(qing)況。積(ji)極通(tong)(tong)過(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一對(dui)一談(tan)(tan)話、走(zou)訪宿(su)(su)舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座談(tan)(tan)等(deng)形式(shi)傾聽(ting)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了(le)解(jie)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想動態,及時為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解(jie)難。自(zi)(zi)開展主題教育(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)以來,主持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一對(dui)一談(tan)(tan)話80人(ren)(ren)次(ci)(ci),宿(su)(su)舍走(zou)訪4次(ci)(ci)。工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)能(neng)(neng)根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業(ye)和培養(yang)特點,有(you)針對(dui)性(xing)的(de)(de)開展學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)動,與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成(cheng)一片,將活(huo)動育(yu)人(ren)(ren)、文化育(yu)人(ren)(ren)理(li)念(nian)落實到位。同(tong)時對(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業(ye)后(hou)進的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不(bu)放棄引(yin)導(dao)教育(yu),而是(shi)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)嚴要求,敢(gan)碰硬的(de)(de)態度(du)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家(jia)長、班主任(ren)、輔(fu)導(dao)員一起進行(xing)后(hou)進學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)教育(yu)引(yin)導(dao)。羅馬城不(bu)是(shi)一天建成(cheng)的(de)(de),一流的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作(zuo)團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)建設(she)也(ye)不(bu)是(shi)一朝(chao)一夕,唯有(you)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)嚴于律己的(de)(de)作(zuo)風和正能(neng)(neng)量的(de)(de)積(ji)極傳遞才能(neng)(neng)讓新(xin)時期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部的(de)(de)建設(she)與(yu)時俱進,勇往直前(qian)。
