技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深入(ru)落(luo)實“文化育人(ren)”的人(ren)才培養理念,一(yi)方面要求圖書(shu)文化升華(hua)拓展,衍進到書(shu)香文化,進而推動書(shu)香校園,促(cu)進校園文化大發展,另一(yi)方面也從文化建設的角度(du)對圖書(shu)館的具體工作提出(chu)了(le)新的要求。
1、豐富文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)——夯(hang)實(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)根基。資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館永恒的主題(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti),今后應有三(san)個轉變,一是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)重(zhong)視資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)內涵,二是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)要優(you)化(hua)(hua)結構,三(san)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)重(zhong)點抓好(hao)特(te)(te)(te)色(se)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)實(shi)則是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she),是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)與(yu)校園文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)發展的基礎。為形(xing)(xing)成資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的針對性(xing)、有效性(xing)與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)特(te)(te)(te)色(se),應進(jin)一步與(yu)學校各部門及校外單(dan)位合作,加強合作資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)、特(te)(te)(te)色(se)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she),加強文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)專題(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)如職(zhi)(zhi)業素養、地(di)(di)方(fang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)、高職(zhi)(zhi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)的收藏(zang)(zang),一旦形(xing)(xing)成規模,就進(jin)行(xing)歸納整理(li),集(ji)中(zhong)收藏(zang)(zang),建(jian)立專題(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)庫。日常采購(gou)中(zhong),應有意識地(di)(di)進(jin)行(xing)專題(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)采購(gou),形(xing)(xing)成特(te)(te)(te)色(se)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)藏(zang)(zang)書(shu)(shu)。也可發揮博(bo)物館功能,收集(ji)地(di)(di)方(fang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)料、非物質遺產,接受私(si)人專題(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)藏(zang)(zang)品,形(xing)(xing)成專題(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)數據庫或特(te)(te)(te)藏(zang)(zang)室。
2、優化(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)魅力。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館是(shi)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)機構,傳統(tong)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)比較簡(jian)單,而現代(dai)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)應更(geng)注(zhu)重文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)性(xing),通(tong)過服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)影響師生,通(tong)過文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)來育人。優化(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)關鍵要(yao)做到服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)、個(ge)性(xing)化(hua)(hua),日常應建(jian)立一套基(ji)本的(de)(de)能滿(man)足讀(du)者需(xu)求(qiu)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)體(ti)系,在此(ci)基(ji)礎上(shang),要(yao)強化(hua)(hua)專業(ye)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),開展文(wen)(wen)(wen)獻(xian)信(xin)(xin)(xin)息(xi)的(de)(de)個(ge)性(xing)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),滿(man)足教師或重點團隊在縱深層次的(de)(de)教學科研活動中對文(wen)(wen)(wen)獻(xian)信(xin)(xin)(xin)息(xi)的(de)(de)個(ge)性(xing)需(xu)求(qiu),其次要(yao)在服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)方(fang)法(fa)上(shang)下功夫,引進新(xin)技術(shu)讓(rang)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)效(xiao)率更(geng)高,服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)范(fan)圍更(geng)廣,如微博、短信(xin)(xin)(xin)、聊天(tian)群(qun)、手機圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館、虛擬圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館等,促(cu)進與讀(du)者的(de)(de)信(xin)(xin)(xin)息(xi)交流,文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)互動。
3、廣開(kai)文(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動(dong)——拓(tuo)寬(kuan)文(wen)化(hua)平臺。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)是校(xiao)園師(shi)生(sheng)最重要的(de)(de)聚集之地。面向未來,我們提出除了要把圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)建(jian)成(cheng)資源信息(xi)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)之外(wai),還要建(jian)成(cheng)學(xue)(xue)習交流(liu)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)、文(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)和(he)宣傳(chuan)教育(yu)(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin),實(shi)現(xian)由傳(chuan)統大(da)學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)向一流(liu)、現(xian)代、新型(xing)大(da)學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)型(xing)。這種轉(zhuan)型(xing)實(shi)際上(shang)賦(fu)予圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)更(geng)多的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)功能,不斷(duan)拓(tuo)寬(kuan)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動(dong)平臺,成(cheng)為學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)育(yu)(yu)人的(de)(de)重要渠(qu)道。近年來,圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)在做(zuo)好常規(gui)服(fu)務(wu)的(de)(de)同時(shi),大(da)量舉辦主題(ti)(ti)文(wen)化(hua)展覽、館(guan)藏推介、閱讀沙龍、專題(ti)(ti)講座、書(shu)(shu)(shu)評競賽(sai)(sai)和(he)技能比賽(sai)(sai)等,保持了館(guan)內每月有(you)新的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)展示(shi)與文(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動(dong)的(de)(de)頻(pin)率(lv),通過教師(shi)的(de)(de)讀書(shu)(shu)(shu)俱樂部與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)讀者協會,與師(shi)生(sheng)建(jian)立了廣泛的(de)(de)聯系(xi)。以后(hou),圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)要不斷(duan)把館(guan)內各類文(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動(dong)搞(gao)好搞(gao)精彩,還要走出館(guan)舍,深入校(xiao)園,并(bing)且走出校(xiao)門,配合教學(xue)(xue)活(huo)動(dong)或師(shi)生(sheng)的(de)(de)專題(ti)(ti)活(huo)動(dong),開(kai)展書(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)化(hua)服(fu)務(wu)。
