圖(tu)書特有(you)的(de)文化(hua)(hua)底(di)蘊和(he)文化(hua)(hua)地位,對整個社(she)會的(de)文化(hua)(hua)大發展(zhan),甚而對經濟(ji)、科研(yan)、社(she)會文明等(deng)方面的(de)進步起(qi)著舉(ju)足輕重(zhong)的(de)作用。圖(tu)書館作為(wei)古今中(zhong)外最重(zhong)要的(de)藏(zang)書場所(suo)、文化(hua)(hua)天地,肩負著特別的(de)文化(hua)(hua)使命和(he)任務。高校圖(tu)書館在為(wei)教學科研(yan)服務的(de)同時,更有(you)著直接參與(yu)文化(hua)(hua)育人(ren)的(de)重(zhong)要使命。
技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充
培養(yang)(yang)“復合式創新(xin)型高素質(zhi)高技(ji)能人(ren)才”,是新(xin)時期對職業院(yuan)校提出的(de)(de)新(xin)要求,符合市場對新(xin)型技(ji)能人(ren)才的(de)(de)新(xin)變化(hua),也切合技(ji)能人(ren)才未(wei)來(lai)發展(zhan)的(de)(de)方向。全面推進“文化(hua)育人(ren)、復合育人(ren)、協(xie)同育人(ren)”人(ren)才培養(yang)(yang)模(mo)式改革,對職業院(yuan)校的(de)(de)發展(zhan)與教育教學提出了新(xin)的(de)(de)挑戰,也說明了新(xin)型技(ji)能人(ren)才培育的(de)(de)復雜性(xing)。作為傳統的(de)(de)文化(hua)主體部門、教學輔(fu)助單(dan)位,圖書館理當主動參與到文化(hua)育人(ren)工(gong)作中。

文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深入落實“文化育人”的(de)人才(cai)培養(yang)理念,一(yi)(yi)方面(mian)要求圖書文化升華拓展(zhan),衍進到書香文化,進而推動書香校(xiao)園,促進校(xiao)園文化大發展(zhan),另一(yi)(yi)方面(mian)也從(cong)文化建設的(de)角(jiao)度(du)對圖書館的(de)具體工作提(ti)出了新(xin)的(de)要求。
1、豐富文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)——夯實文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)根基。資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設是(shi)圖(tu)書館(guan)永恒(heng)的主題,今(jin)后應有三個轉變(bian),一(yi)是(shi)重視資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)的文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)內(nei)涵,二是(shi)要(yao)優化(hua)(hua)(hua)結構(gou),三是(shi)重點抓好特(te)色(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設。圖(tu)書資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設實則是(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設,是(shi)書香文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)與校(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)發展的基礎(chu)。為形成(cheng)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)的針對性(xing)、有效性(xing)與文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)色(se),應進一(yi)步(bu)與學校(xiao)各部門及校(xiao)外(wai)單位合(he)作,加強合(he)作資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)、特(te)色(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設,加強文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)題如(ru)職業(ye)素(su)養、地(di)方文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、高職文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的收藏(zang),一(yi)旦形成(cheng)規模,就(jiu)進行歸納整理,集中(zhong)收藏(zang),建(jian)立專(zhuan)題文(wen)(wen)(wen)庫。日常采購(gou)中(zhong),應有意(yi)識地(di)進行專(zhuan)題采購(gou),形成(cheng)特(te)色(se)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)藏(zang)書。也可發揮博物(wu)館(guan)功能,收集地(di)方文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)料、非物(wu)質遺(yi)產(chan),接(jie)受私(si)人專(zhuan)題藏(zang)品,形成(cheng)專(zhuan)題數據庫或(huo)特(te)藏(zang)室。
2、優化(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)魅力。圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)是服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)機(ji)構,傳統圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)比較(jiao)簡單,而(er)現代圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)應更注重(zhong)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing),通過服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)影響師生,通過文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)來育人。優化(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)關(guan)鍵要做到服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)的(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)(hua)、個性(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua),日(ri)常應建立(li)一(yi)套基(ji)本的(de)能滿足(zu)讀(du)者需(xu)求的(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)體(ti)系,在此基(ji)礎上,要強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)業圖(tu)書(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),開展文(wen)獻(xian)信(xin)息(xi)的(de)個性(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),滿足(zu)教師或重(zhong)點團隊在縱深(shen)層次的(de)教學科研(yan)活動中對(dui)文(wen)獻(xian)信(xin)息(xi)的(de)個性(xing)需(xu)求,其次要在服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)細節(jie)、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)方(fang)法上下功(gong)夫,引進新技術(shu)讓(rang)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)效率更高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)范圍更廣,如微(wei)博、短信(xin)、聊天群、手機(ji)圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)、虛擬(ni)圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)等,促(cu)進與讀(du)者的(de)信(xin)息(xi)交流,文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)互動。
3、廣開(kai)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)——拓(tuo)寬(kuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)平臺(tai)。圖書館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)是校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)師生(sheng)最重要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)聚集之地。面向未來(lai),我們提出(chu)除(chu)了(le)要(yao)(yao)把圖書館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)建成資源信息中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)之外,還要(yao)(yao)建成學(xue)習交(jiao)流(liu)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)和宣傳教(jiao)育中(zhong)心(xin)(xin),實(shi)現(xian)由傳統大(da)學(xue)圖書館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)向一流(liu)、現(xian)代、新型(xing)大(da)學(xue)圖書館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)轉型(xing)。這種轉型(xing)實(shi)際(ji)上賦予圖書館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)更多的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)功能,不斷拓(tuo)寬(kuan)圖書館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)平臺(tai),成為學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)育人的(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)渠道。近年來(lai),圖書館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)在做好常(chang)規服(fu)務的(de)(de)同(tong)時,大(da)量舉辦主(zhu)題(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)展覽(lan)、館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)藏推介、閱讀沙龍、專(zhuan)題(ti)講座、書評競賽(sai)和技(ji)能比(bi)賽(sai)等,保持了(le)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內每(mei)月有新的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)展示與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)的(de)(de)頻(pin)率,通(tong)過教(jiao)師的(de)(de)讀書俱樂部與(yu)學(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)讀者(zhe)協(xie)會,與(yu)師生(sheng)建立了(le)廣泛的(de)(de)聯系。以后,圖書館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)要(yao)(yao)不斷把館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內各類文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)搞好搞精彩(cai),還要(yao)(yao)走(zou)出(chu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)舍(she),深入(ru)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan),并且(qie)走(zou)出(chu)校(xiao)(xiao)門,配(pei)合教(jiao)學(xue)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)或師生(sheng)的(de)(de)專(zhuan)題(ti)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong),開(kai)展書香文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務。
