技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充
培養(yang)“復合(he)式創新(xin)(xin)型高素(su)質高技(ji)能(neng)人才”,是新(xin)(xin)時(shi)期(qi)對(dui)職業(ye)院校提(ti)出的新(xin)(xin)要求,符合(he)市場對(dui)新(xin)(xin)型技(ji)能(neng)人才的新(xin)(xin)變化(hua),也切合(he)技(ji)能(neng)人才未來發展(zhan)的方(fang)向。全面推進“文化(hua)育(yu)人、復合(he)育(yu)人、協同育(yu)人”人才培養(yang)模式改革(ge),對(dui)職業(ye)院校的發展(zhan)與教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學提(ti)出了(le)(le)新(xin)(xin)的挑戰(zhan),也說明(ming)了(le)(le)新(xin)(xin)型技(ji)能(neng)人才培育(yu)的復雜性。作為傳統的文化(hua)主體部(bu)門(men)、教(jiao)學輔助單(dan)位,圖書館理當主動參(can)與到文化(hua)育(yu)人工作中。

文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深入落(luo)實“文(wen)化育人”的(de)人才培養理念,一(yi)方(fang)面(mian)(mian)要求圖書文(wen)化升華拓展(zhan)(zhan),衍進到書香(xiang)文(wen)化,進而推動(dong)書香(xiang)校(xiao)園(yuan),促進校(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)化大發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan),另一(yi)方(fang)面(mian)(mian)也從文(wen)化建(jian)設的(de)角度對圖書館的(de)具體(ti)工(gong)作(zuo)提出了新(xin)的(de)要求。
1、豐(feng)富文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)——夯(hang)實文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)根基。資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設是(shi)圖書館(guan)永恒(heng)的(de)主(zhu)題(ti)(ti),今(jin)后應(ying)(ying)有三個(ge)轉變,一是(shi)重視(shi)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)內涵,二是(shi)要優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)結(jie)構,三是(shi)重點(dian)抓好特色(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設。圖書資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設實則是(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設,是(shi)書香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)與校(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)發(fa)展的(de)基礎。為(wei)形成(cheng)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)針對(dui)性、有效(xiao)性與文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特色(se),應(ying)(ying)進(jin)一步與學(xue)校(xiao)各部門及校(xiao)外單(dan)位合(he)作,加(jia)強(qiang)合(he)作資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)、特色(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設,加(jia)強(qiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專題(ti)(ti)如職業(ye)素養、地方(fang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、高(gao)職文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)收藏,一旦(dan)形成(cheng)規模,就進(jin)行歸(gui)納(na)整理,集中收藏,建(jian)立專題(ti)(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)庫(ku)。日常采(cai)購中,應(ying)(ying)有意識地進(jin)行專題(ti)(ti)采(cai)購,形成(cheng)特色(se)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)藏書。也可發(fa)揮博(bo)物館(guan)功(gong)能,收集地方(fang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)料、非物質遺產,接受私(si)人(ren)專題(ti)(ti)藏品(pin),形成(cheng)專題(ti)(ti)數據庫(ku)或特藏室。
2、優(you)(you)化(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)——延伸(shen)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)魅力。圖書(shu)館是服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)機(ji)構,傳(chuan)統圖書(shu)館的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)比較(jiao)簡單,而現代圖書(shu)館的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)應更(geng)(geng)注重文(wen)(wen)化(hua)性,通(tong)過(guo)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)影響師生,通(tong)過(guo)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)來育人。優(you)(you)化(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)關鍵要做(zuo)到(dao)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)多樣(yang)化(hua)、個性化(hua),日常應建立一套(tao)基本的(de)(de)能滿足讀(du)者需求的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)體(ti)系,在此(ci)基礎上(shang),要強(qiang)化(hua)專業(ye)圖書(shu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),開展文(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)息(xi)的(de)(de)個性化(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),滿足教師或重點團隊在縱深層次(ci)的(de)(de)教學科研活動中對文(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)息(xi)的(de)(de)個性需求,其(qi)次(ci)要在服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)細(xi)節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)方(fang)法上(shang)下(xia)功夫,引進新技術讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)效率(lv)更(geng)(geng)高(gao),服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)范圍更(geng)(geng)廣,如微(wei)博、短信(xin)、聊(liao)天群、手機(ji)圖書(shu)館、虛擬圖書(shu)館等,促進與讀(du)者的(de)(de)信(xin)息(xi)交流,文(wen)(wen)化(hua)互動。
3、廣(guang)開文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)——拓寬文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)平(ping)臺(tai)。圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)是校園師生(sheng)(sheng)最重要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)聚(ju)集之地。面向(xiang)未來,我(wo)們提出除了(le)要(yao)(yao)把圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)建成資源(yuan)信息(xi)中心(xin)之外,還要(yao)(yao)建成學(xue)習(xi)交(jiao)流(liu)中心(xin)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)中心(xin)和(he)宣(xuan)傳(chuan)教育(yu)中心(xin),實現由傳(chuan)統大學(xue)圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)向(xiang)一流(liu)、現代(dai)、新型大學(xue)圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)轉型。這種轉型實際上賦(fu)予圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)更多的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)功能(neng),不斷拓寬圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)平(ping)臺(tai),成為學(xue)校育(yu)人的(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)渠道。近(jin)年(nian)來,圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)在做好(hao)(hao)常規服(fu)務(wu)的(de)(de)(de)同時(shi),大量舉辦主(zhu)題(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)展(zhan)覽(lan)、館(guan)(guan)藏推介、閱(yue)讀(du)沙龍、專題(ti)講座、書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)評競賽和(he)技能(neng)比賽等,保持了(le)館(guan)(guan)內每月有新的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)展(zhan)示與文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)頻率,通過教師的(de)(de)(de)讀(du)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)俱樂部(bu)與學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)讀(du)者協(xie)會,與師生(sheng)(sheng)建立了(le)廣(guang)泛的(de)(de)(de)聯系(xi)。以(yi)后,圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)要(yao)(yao)不斷把館(guan)(guan)內各類(lei)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)搞好(hao)(hao)搞精彩,還要(yao)(yao)走出館(guan)(guan)舍,深入校園,并且走出校門(men),配(pei)合教學(xue)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)或師生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)專題(ti)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong),開展(zhan)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu)。
