魯昕:人工智能驅動“雙高”全新領域的全面建設

為(wei)深入推進學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)數字化轉型,高(gao)質量落實好“雙高(gao)”建(jian)設各項任務(wu),6月28日,深圳職(zhi)業技術(shu)(shu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院舉行黨委理論學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)中心(xin)組(擴大)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)會,特別邀請全國政協委員、中國職(zhi)業技術(shu)(shu)教育學(xue)(xue)(xue)會會長(chang)、教育部原副(fu)部長(chang)魯昕在(zai)京聯線(xian),作題(ti)為(wei)《人工智能與經(jing)濟(ji)學(xue)(xue)(xue):“雙高(gao)”建(jian)設全新(xin)領域的全面建(jian)設》專題(ti)報告。會議由校(xiao)(xiao)黨委書(shu)記、校(xiao)(xiao)長(chang)楊(yang)欣斌主持。

習近平(ping)總書記高度(du)重視人工智能發展,認為“人工智能是引領新(xin)一輪科技革命和產(chan)業(ye)變(bian)革的重要驅動力(li)”,“把握全球人工智能發展態勢,找準(zhun)突破口(kou)和主(zhu)攻方(fang)向(xiang),培養(yang)大批具有創新(xin)能力(li)和合作精神的人工智能高端人才(cai)是教(jiao)育(yu)的重要使命”。

魯昕(xin)(xin)列舉了人(ren)(ren)社部發(fa)布的(de)數(shu)(shu)字經濟背景(jing)下(xia)市場需求(qiu)(qiu)迫切的(de)39個(ge)新(xin)職業(ye)(ye)(ye),通過分析(xi)新(xin)職業(ye)(ye)(ye)、新(xin)知識(shi)、新(xin)技術、新(xin)技能,突顯出工作(zuo)場景(jing)變化對“雙高”專業(ye)(ye)(ye)建設提出的(de)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)。最后,魯昕(xin)(xin)通過對工信部人(ren)(ren)才交流(liu)中心(xin)發(fa)布的(de)《工業(ye)(ye)(ye)互聯(lian)網(wang)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)才崗位(wei)能力要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)》分析(xi),展示了工業(ye)(ye)(ye)互聯(lian)網(wang)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)才8個(ge)方向(xiang)41個(ge)崗位(wei)的(de)4項能力要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu),系統總結(jie)了人(ren)(ren)工智能發(fa)展對高等教育動手能力數(shu)(shu)字化和(he)實訓基地(di)虛(xu)擬化轉型的(de)呼(hu)喚(huan)。

魯昕希望,在(zai)(zai)“雙(shuang)區”建設的(de)背景下,“雙(shuang)高”建設的(de)過程中,深職(zhi)院作(zuo)為“雙(shuang)高”中的(de)“雙(shuang)高”,要充分探討如(ru)何在(zai)(zai)粵港澳大(da)灣區的(de)政策環境、在(zai)(zai)新一代(dai)信息技術(shu)的(de)創新文化、在(zai)(zai)深職(zhi)院的(de)工科特色中發揮積極作(zuo)用,構(gou)建新知識體系,構(gou)建新課程體系,顛覆專業結構(gou),培(pei)養復合(he)性(xing)人(ren)才,成為名副其實(shi)的(de)世界(jie)一流職(zhi)業技術(shu)學院。

楊欣斌在總結(jie)中(zhong)表示,魯(lu)昕會長的(de)(de)報(bao)告站(zhan)位高(gao)(gao)遠(yuan)、視野開闊,理(li)論深(shen)(shen)厚、邏(luo)輯嚴密,觀點鮮(xian)明、素材豐富,聚焦問題、貼(tie)近實(shi)際,特別是結(jie)合(he)我校“雙(shuang)(shuang)高(gao)(gao)”建設(she)(she)、專業(ye)設(she)(she)置和產(chan)教融合(he)的(de)(de)情況提出具體的(de)(de)指導意見,對于推動學校數字化轉(zhuan)型,落實(shi)好(hao)“雙(shuang)(shuang)高(gao)(gao)”建設(she)(she),科學謀劃“十四(si)五”期(qi)間的(de)(de)思路和舉措,具有(you)重要的(de)(de)指導意義。楊欣斌要求各單位深(shen)(shen)刻(ke)領會、深(shen)(shen)入研究魯(lu)昕會長的(de)(de)報(bao)告精神,結(jie)合(he)實(shi)際抓好(hao)貫徹落實(shi),努(nu)力在“雙(shuang)(shuang)高(gao)(gao)”建設(she)(she)中(zhong)走在前列,爭當職業(ye)教育創新發展(zhan)的(de)(de)先行者。
