我校召開2018-2019學年度就業工作會議。

1月10日,我校(xiao)2018—2019學年(nian)度就業工作會議(yi)在(zai)留仙洞校(xiao)區(qu)圖書(shu)館報(bao)告廳隆重舉行(xing)。學校(xiao)黨(dang)委書(shu)記陳(chen)秋明(ming),黨(dang)委副(fu)書(shu)記、紀委書(shu)記楊平,副(fu)校(xiao)長溫希東、馬(ma)曉明(ming)、李(li)月,黨(dang)委委員(yuan)李(li)小元、李(li)卓梅、唐(tang)克勝(sheng)、譚(tan)屬春等校(xiao)領導(dao)(dao)(dao)出席(xi)會議(yi)。參加會議(yi)的還有各(ge)二級學院以及(ji)相關職(zhi)能部門(men)領導(dao)(dao)(dao)、全(quan)體(ti)專業主任、骨干專業教師、班(ban)主任、各(ge)學院就業工作先進個(ge)人代表、畢業班(ban)輔導(dao)(dao)(dao)員(yuan)。會議(yi)由副(fu)校(xiao)長馬(ma)曉明(ming)主持。

陳秋明與二級學(xue)(xue)院領導簽署了《2018—2019學(xue)(xue)年度畢業(ye)生就(jiu)業(ye)工(gong)作(zuo)目標責任書》。

會議首先(xian)由(you)楊平宣讀《關于(yu)表彰2017—2018學年(nian)度就業工(gong)(gong)作先(xian)進個(ge)人的決定》;隨后,陳秋明向二(er)級(ji)學院(yuan)及相關職能部門(men)就業工(gong)(gong)作先(xian)進個(ge)人代表頒(ban)發榮譽(yu)證書(shu),并與14個(ge)二(er)級(ji)學院(yuan)領(ling)導簽(qian)署(shu)了(le)《2018—2019學年(nian)度畢業生就業工(gong)(gong)作目標責任書(shu)》。

會上,陳(chen)秋(qiu)明(ming)做(zuo)了題為《開創(chuang)(chuang)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)新(xin)(xin)局面助(zhu)(zhu)力中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)特色(se)世(shi)(shi)界(jie)一流(liu)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)院(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)設(she)》的(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)講話(hua)。陳(chen)秋(qiu)明(ming)指(zhi)出(chu),為緊密契(qi)合(he)“中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)制造2025”等國(guo)(guo)家重(zhong)大(da)戰略和(he)深圳創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)驅動發展(zhan)戰略,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)正(zheng)在按照“三(san)個(ge)(ge)服務、五個(ge)(ge)定位(wei)、一個(ge)(ge)率(lv)先(xian)”的(de)(de)戰略目(mu)標,率(lv)先(xian)建(jian)設(she)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)特色(se)世(shi)(shi)界(jie)一流(liu)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)院(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao),為世(shi)(shi)界(jie)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教育貢獻“中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)模式”。為助(zhu)(zhu)力中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)特色(se)世(shi)(shi)界(jie)一流(liu)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)院(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)設(she),在全(quan)校(xiao)(xiao)師生(sheng)的(de)(de)共同(tong)努力下,我校(xiao)(xiao)2018年畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)再創(chuang)(chuang)佳績(ji)。在畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)人數繼續(xu)保(bao)持(chi)高(gao)位(wei)穩定增(zeng)長的(de)(de)情況下、就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)質量穩步提(ti)(ti)升,就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)與人才(cai)培養、管理運(yun)行(xing)、文化建(jian)設(she)等關鍵(jian)領(ling)域融合(he),持(chi)續(xu)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)。陳(chen)秋(qiu)明(ming)對(dui)(dui)全(quan)校(xiao)(xiao)及各二級學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)進(jin)行(xing)了回顧和(he)點(dian)評(ping),并對(dui)(dui)2019年畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)形(xing)勢進(jin)行(xing)了全(quan)面分(fen)析。他說(shuo),我們(men)要(yao)切實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)轉變(bian)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)觀(guan)(guan)念,增(zeng)強責任(ren)感和(he)緊迫感,以更加(jia)(jia)堅定的(de)(de)決(jue)心、更加(jia)(jia)扎(zha)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)、更加(jia)(jia)有(you)力的(de)(de)措施,全(quan)力以赴抓實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)抓好今年的(de)(de)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。在講話(hua)中(zhong)(zhong),陳(chen)秋(qiu)明(ming)還(huan)對(dui)(dui)2018-2019學(xue)(xue)年度就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)提(ti)(ti)出(chu)了四(si)點(dian)要(yao)求:一是(shi)(shi)(shi)要(yao)轉變(bian)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)觀(guan)(guan)念,切實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)提(ti)(ti)高(gao)專業(ye)(ye)標志性企業(ye)(ye)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)崗位(wei);二是(shi)(shi)(shi)要(yao)在人工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智能(neng)背景下,切實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)提(ti)(ti)高(gao)人才(cai)培養質量;三(san)是(shi)(shi)(shi)要(yao)掌握就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)主動權,切實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)提(ti)(ti)高(gao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)質量;四(si)是(shi)(shi)(shi)要(yao)拓(tuo)(tuo)寬渠道,確實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)提(ti)(ti)高(gao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)能(neng)力、職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)涯拓(tuo)(tuo)展(zhan)能(neng)力和(he)幸福人生(sheng)的(de)(de)創(chuang)(chuang)造能(neng)力。

會議第二部(bu)分,由麥可思研(yan)究(jiu)院周凌(ling)波副院長(chang)對(dui)《深圳職業(ye)(ye)(ye)技(ji)術學(xue)院2017屆畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)生社會需(xu)求與(yu)培(pei)養質(zhi)量年度報(bao)告》做詳細解讀。周凌(ling)波結合(he)習近平總書記(ji)在(zai)全(quan)國(guo)教(jiao)育大(da)會上的重要(yao)講(jiang)話精(jing)神(shen)以及國(guo)家職業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育改(gai)革實施方(fang)(fang)案,針對(dui)我(wo)校(xiao)“三(san)(san)個(ge)服(fu)務、五個(ge)定位(wei)、一個(ge)率先”的戰略發展(zhan)目標,通(tong)過9年來我(wo)校(xiao)畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)生調(diao)研(yan)報(bao)告數據,重點從“三(san)(san)個(ge)服(fu)務”“職教(jiao)創新”“復合(he)型人(ren)才”三(san)(san)個(ge)方(fang)(fang)面(mian),對(dui)我(wo)校(xiao)的人(ren)才培(pei)養成效、專業(ye)(ye)(ye)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)建設(she)等方(fang)(fang)面(mian)進行(xing)數據對(dui)比分析,并對(dui)構建特色高水平背景下的核心(xin)就業(ye)(ye)(ye)指標提(ti)出了建議。

副校長(chang)馬(ma)曉明在(zai)會議總結中強(qiang)調,會后各二級學院和(he)相關單位要認真領(ling)會陳秋明書記(ji)講(jiang)話精(jing)神,認真研究我(wo)校畢業生社會需求與培(pei)養質(zhi)量(liang)報(bao)告所(suo)反饋(kui)的各項(xiang)信息和(he)數(shu)據,積極行動起來(lai),切(qie)實把(ba)我(wo)校建設成為具有中國(guo)特色的世界一(yi)流職業院校,讓廣(guang)大學生得(de)到更加全(quan)面(mian)的發展和(he)成長(chang)。
